Yes. Buying a replacement online for a malfunctioning appliance has become so quick and easy. If it makes sense, FIXT has an alternative strategy… we can extend the life of your product through repair and/or keep the product out of the waste stream.

Pickup

Let us know what you have and what the problem is. Put your name and contact information on the item. We will pick it up on the next Monday.

Troubleshoot and repair

We’ll troubleshoot the issue and provide a quote to fix the product. If you decide to have the product fixed, the $25 pickup charge will be deducted.

Return or Reclaim

$0

Repaired products are returned on Fridays (it may take more than one week to complete repairs). If the customer decides not to fix the product or the product is un-repairable, FIXT will either deconstruct the product and responsibly recycle it or return the product to the customer.
